1. Introduction
About Admarket
Admarket is a solution for purchasing and managing digital advertising, provided by Schibsted Norge AS (org. no. 996334767). In Admarket, you can order campaigns delivered across Schibsted’s and its partners’ websites, as well as access an overview of campaign performance. More information about advertising products and the websites where Admarket offers advertising is available within the platform.
2. Terms
Who is covered
Any party advertising on websites controlled by companies within the Schibsted Group — that is, companies wholly or partially owned by Schibsted Norge AS or any of its subsidiaries — agrees to comply with Schibsted’s advertising terms. These terms, listed below, apply to advertisers and media agencies, as well as anyone acting on their own or others’ behalf in placing such advertising (“Advertiser/Advertisers”).
Anyone engaging a subcontractor for purposes such as — but not limited to — measuring campaign results must ensure that the subcontractor is informed of and complies with these terms. Advertisers are responsible for their subcontractors’ actions and omissions, as well as their own.
By using Admarket, you as an advertiser (“Advertiser”) accept the following terms:
These Terms of Use for Admarket
The terms and privacy policy applicable to the Schibsted account: https://payment.schibsted.no/about/terms
In addition to these terms, all applicable provisions under Norwegian law apply.
3. Conditions for Using Admarket
The Advertiser must be a Norwegian legal entity registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Private individuals cannot purchase advertising through Admarket.
The Advertiser must use a Schibsted account to log in to Admarket, as described in section 4.
4. Creating a User in Admarket
Admarket requires the use of a Schibsted account for login. An Advertiser may have one or more users associated with Admarket.
When creating a user in Admarket, the following information must be provided:
Valid organization number and organization name of the Advertiser.
The user must also provide the following personal data:
First and last name
Email address — the Schibsted account to be used for login
5. Schibsted’s Guidelines for Ad Creation
Admarket only allows advertising for products and services that are legally permitted to be sold and marketed in Norway.
Ads must follow the Vær Varsom Code of Ethics (“Vær Varsom-plakaten”) and must not contradict the newspaper’s or marketplace’s principles, opinions, or ethical standards, or otherwise be likely to undermine user trust.
Admarket reserves the right to reject ads that are not approved by the responsible editor.
Ads that are illegal, incorrect, or misleading (e.g., competitions or subscriptions) will be rejected.
Ads must not contain sexually explicit, violent, offensive, or racist content.
Admarket adheres to Norwegian legislation related to advertising for financial institutions and financial services. See §46 of the Financial Agreements Act on disclosure requirements in marketing credit agreements here.
Ads must include the Advertiser’s logo.
Additional requirements for ad design, including technical specifications, are provided within the platform.
Admarket reserves the right to review all ads and to reject or stop ads that violate Schibsted’s guidelines or Norwegian law.
6. Deadlines
Ordering a campaign
It is the Advertiser’s responsibility to comply with the deadlines set by Admarket when ordering a campaign. Deadlines ensure that Admarket can review ads before the campaign starts. A campaign can be scheduled no earlier than 12 months in advance.
Delivery of campaign materials
It is the Advertiser’s responsibility to deliver correct ad materials according to the deadline set by Admarket.
In cases of missing or delayed materials (i.e., materials received after the campaign start date), 100% of the total amount will be charged. If materials are delivered less than three business days before the campaign start, we cannot guarantee that the campaign will deliver what was booked. In such cases, the Advertiser will still be charged 100% of the total amount.
7. Prices
Admarket charges per ad impression, and the price per impression depends on the chosen advertising product. Prices for the selected advertising appear within the platform.
Admarket reserves the right to adjust prices for advertising products. Campaigns already booked or active when a price adjustment is implemented will not be affected by the change.
8. Payment
The standard payment method in Admarket is credit card, but payment by invoice is available upon request.
Card payment
Payments are processed via Schibsted’s partner Stripe; you can find their privacy policy here. When registering your card details, it is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information such as email address, name, and phone number. We store the information necessary to continue monthly charges and facilitate future purchases.
Campaigns with a guaranteed number of impressions
For products with guaranteed delivery (most products under “Brand Awareness”), full payment must be made in advance when booking the campaign. You will receive a payment confirmation followed by invoice(s) for accounting purposes.
Campaigns without guaranteed impressions/clicks
Non-guaranteed products (most products under “Traffic”) are charged throughout the campaign period. The billing schedule is based on your chosen campaign duration. Charges will be made two (2) days after the campaign has completed, unless the campaign crosses into a new month. In that case, charges will occur two (2) days after the end of each month for the previous month. You will receive a receipt for each payment.
If we are unable to charge your card — for example, if the card is blocked, expired, or has insufficient funds — three (3) additional attempts will be made over the next three (3) days. You may log in to your Admarket account and update card details under “Change card details.”
Invoice payment
Schibsted issues invoices when the campaign is completed, unless it spans a month-end or multiple months. In that case, you will be invoiced at the end of each month. For this reason, you may receive multiple invoices for a single campaign. Invoices are issued by Schibsted Norge AS with a 14-day payment deadline. Late payments will incur interest.
9. Complaints
Deadline for complaints
The Advertiser must submit complaints as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
Grounds for refund
A refund may be issued to the Advertiser if a campaign with guaranteed impressions is not delivered as agreed, and the underdelivery is caused by Schibsted Norge AS. Beyond this, Schibsted Norge has no responsibility.
Refunds are not granted when underdelivery occurs because the Advertiser provided delayed or incorrect advertising materials.
Cancellation of campaigns later than 3 days before the campaign start, or cancellation of active campaigns, will not be refunded.

11. Changes to the Terms
Schibsted may modify these terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified via email. Continued use of Admarket after such notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Exclusion
In the event of a breach of these terms, Schibsted reserves the right to temporarily or permanently exclude an Advertiser from Admarket. In such cases — or where there is reasonable suspicion of such a breach — Schibsted reserves the right to terminate an agreement with immediate effect and claim compensation for damages resulting from the breach. If the breach is intentional or caused by gross negligence, this right also includes indirect damages.
